Constructa has been building hotels around the globe for more than 20 years, offering its services in real estate development, project management assistance and delegated project management.

And because the adventure began in America, with the construction of three new-generation Sofitel towers for the Accor Group, a global player in the sector, its not surprising that our hotel residences today are unlike any others.

With ten hotels already built, three projects in assembly, and a hotel under construction, we continue our hotel objective: to allow all citizens of the world, whether on business or tourism, to take advantage of exceptional places by staying in hotels that are just as exceptional.
